Northcott's Stonehenge America 250 collection features a (24") panel depicting the signing of the Declaration of Independence. In this design, stars are placed on the left and right sides of the panel, and stars and stripes on the top and bottom. Skill level is confident beginner.
This kit contains the pattern and approx. 6 1/2 yards of digitally printed fabric to make the top + binding.

Backing requirements (not included): 4 3/4 yards of 44" wide fabric.
